Define 30-Day Objectives
Based on your scorecard, we’ll know exactly where to focus our efforts in the business for the next 30 days. Objectives could be to decrease accounts receivables by 5 days or increase lead volume by 5 per week. It all depends on what we see going on in your business.
Target Setting
We’ll go through each of the key metrics that drive profitability and cash flow and set targets that align with your short and long-term goals.
Scoreboard
Instead of overwhelming you with financial jargon, we provide a simple scorecard for all of your key business metrics so you can see exactly what is working and what isn’t each and every month.
Plan Of Action
We then create a specific action plan that will lead to addressing and achieving your 30-Day Objectives. Repeat this process month-in and month-out and successfully implement your plans of action, and you will transform your business!
